A county criminal background check is the most up to date, accurate and complete criminal search available. After placing a county criminal background check with us, we have a professional court researcher look for all criminal records that may exist on the person being investigated for you, and then send any criminal records found to you. Most county criminal background checks go back seven years.
With each county criminal background check you can expect search results to show criminal court records, county court records, sex offender, terrorist and most wanted criminal records. The criminal reports returned from our county criminal background check include felony convictions, deferred judgments and other criminal records.
- County criminal searches include felony and misdemeanor records from the past 7 years.
- Some counties (usually more remote counties) can take longer than 4 days to complete.
- This background check looks for court conviction records only, not arrest records.
- Massachusetts and Delaware only offer county searches.
