Data may include first, middle, and last names, partial date of birth, physical description, charge, filing date, disposition, status, and additional information. This dataset is updated quarterly.

Information returned contains court records of felony and misdemeanor dispositions. Requests are searched individually for current information from the Oregon Judicial System. Every record request is conducted statewide. This data may include: offense charged, offense date, offense level, disposition date, defendant full name, and date of birth, and sentence information. This dataset was last updated December 2013.

Oregon Corrections Report Search:
This dataset includes current and historical felony and gross misdemeanor conviction records. This data may include: name, alias names, date of birth, state identification number, physical description, county case number, county, charge or charges, sentence and disposition. This dataset is updated monthly.

This dataset includes records from the Oregon Appellate Case Management System. This data may include: offense charged, offense date, offense level, disposition date, defendant full name, sentence, and additional information. This dataset is updated quarterly.

This sex offender background report includes high-risk offenders. Results may show offender’s name, physical description, address, crime and crime location. This data is updated monthly. Offenders who were incarcerated or convicted on or after October 3, 1989 for certain sex offenses must register. All offenders must register for life. Although after 10 years the can apply for relief from registration. Free National Sex Offender Check Included.

Most Wanted Report Search:
Comprised of several state agencies most wanted such as: Top Ten FBI Most Wanted, FBI Most Wanted Fugitives, US Marshals Most Wanted, US Marshals Major Cases, Alabama Department of Public Safety, Mississippi Department of Public Safety, Kansas Most Wanted, AFT Most Wanted, US DEA Wanted Fugitives, DTIC Fugitive Top List, US Secret Service Most Wanted, Americas Most Wanted, Connecticut Department of Public Safety and Texas Most Wanted. Data set is updated monthly.

An Oregon County search covers the Circuit, County, and Justice courts for Felony and Misdemeanor cases. Average turnaround time is 1-4 business days. The county criminal background check covers the past 7 years and will return convictions or deferred judgments.
