We check the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons list maintained by the Office of Foreign Assets Control ("OFAC") of the U.S. Department of the Treasury with every criminal search. These records are screened individually and carefully, and reported to the proper law enforcement entities when a match is made.
